I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing in handling unexpected situations. When my kids got sick and made a mess on the blankets, they promptly replaced them with clean ones. They even allowed us to extend our stay so that our sick children could get some more rest. The breakfast was delicious, and my favorite was the biscuits and gravy. The hotel facilities were great, and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable for the whole family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the view from our room was lovely.

Great value! the hotel is clean and updated, with a newer property. It offers quick access to the airport, making it convenient for in and out. the breakfast is good, although it would be better if it continued until 10 am. I also enjoyed the convenience of having coffee available throughout the day in the dining/conversation area.

The hotel could improve on a few things. the direct access to patio dining could be enhanced.

Great location near the airport with free parking and a discounted long-term parking rate. The hotel provides a tasty complimentary breakfast and has a medium-sized pool with a whirlpool. The corner suite had a nice living room and dining room table.

There was miscommunication regarding the late checkout and an additional charge was unexpectedly added. When questioned about it, the staff lied and claimed that I was informed of the fees.
