Our balcony suite at Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove was more like a sprawling apartment. The views of the bay were breathtaking, and the living room and bedroom were spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the convenience of having a Fresh Market across the street for easy access to prepared foods and beverages. The breakfast at the lobby cafe was surprisingly awesome with a lot of healthy choices. The fitness center was great for getting in some exercise, and even though we didn't use the pool, it looked fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bistro and market were fantastic, with a friendly bartender named Martin who went above and beyond to cater to our every need. The front desk attendant, Journey, was also incredibly accommodating. The valet staff was efficient and the rooms were spacious.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a hotel situated in a vibrant area, with Biscayne Bay right on its doorstep. The hotel staff were extremely attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were always on hand to assist with any inquiries and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel offered great value for money, with breakfast included, making my mornings even more enjoyable.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was top-notch and left me with no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to the marina and centrally located in Coconut Grove. We had easy access to the highway and were close to everything. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious and beautiful showers. it was a comfortable stay with excellent amenities.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The suite I stayed in had stunning bay views, both from the living room and the bedroom. The balcony off the living room was an added bonus. The location of the hotel was great, with a Fresh Market right across the street for convenience. I was also able to explore the surrounding area by foot, as everything was within walking distance.

The check-in process took longer than expected, with the room not being ready at the designated time. There were also issues with billing, as I was charged for breakfast despite being given a coupon for a free meal. In addition, the cleanliness of the bathroom and floors was not up to par.

This hotel offers a great value for the price. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the staff is very friendly. The prime location by Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove is perfect for those who love the water. The service is excellent, and the basic amenities are well-maintained, including the rooms with balcony.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful area close to the marina by Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. The room was clean and comfortable, with above-par bed and linens. The small mirror in the bathroom was excellent and we even had a full-length mirror in the room. The staff at the front desk was courteous, professional, and friendly. We enjoyed the great view from the balcony.

Some guests were annoying, but that's not the hotel's fault.

We spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and happy hour drinks. The location was perfect, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

The valet parking was extremely expensive and added a lot to our overall cost. Also, the views from some of the rooms were not ideal, with construction and a tennis court visible.
