The hotel was very clean and conveniently located near the city center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and amenities offered in the room.

We were disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. We could hear a lot of noise from other guests, especially the use of water and toilets.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, well-located near the arena, shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfy, featuring a modern bathroom with nice amenities. The staff was exceptional, especially Michael at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Additionally, the breakfast selection was great and affordable, a nice touch to start the day.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The spaciousness of the rooms was impressive, with plenty of TV's, tables, and furniture to make you feel at ease. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of numerous chain stores and restaurants, perfect for unwinding on the weekend. The staff provided exceptional service, with a special mention to Michael at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. The rooms were tidy, large, airy, and extremely comfortable, equipped with all the amenities one could need. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, showing a high level of care.

The room and hotel were very clean, which was a great start to our Easter weekend getaway. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We also loved the convenient location, as it was close to several key attractions and dining options. Plus, the gym facilities were well-maintained and allowed us to stay active during our stay.

One downside was that the pool was not open during our stay, and we were not informed about it beforehand. Additionally, the lady at the Starbucks coffee shop seemed to have little knowledge about making drinks, resulting in a disappointing experience.

The Courtyard hotel in Wilkes-Barre was a wonderful stay! The property was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a nice shower. I also enjoyed the proximity to shopping areas and restaurants, which made it very convenient for my needs. Even though the pool was closed, I took advantage of the gym facilities. The friendly hotel staff was always there to answer my questions and provide assistance. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I stayed here for one night to attend the Lantern festival. The location was perfect, close to the festival and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The front desk service was friendly and helpful, and the room size was fantastic. Parking was easy to find and the hotel was quiet throughout our stay. The beds were comfy, the pool was a hit with my son, and everything was clean and modern. We've found our new favorite place to stay when we're in town!

We spent Easter at a hotel near the arena and we were glad that there were some complementary chocolates. the location was perfect, very close to restaurants and stores. the view was amazing from the window of our room. Perfect spot for bird watching.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards. the bathroom had a funky smell and there were some hairs on the shower floor.
