Cozy fire pit area is great for relaxation.

The air conditioning unit was annoyingly loud at times, disrupting sleep. Additionally, I noticed some dirt on the bathroom floor upon arrival which was off-putting. The cleanliness standards could definitely use improvement, especially considering the price point.

Everything was stellar! The outdoor patio with a fire pit created a delightful ambiance. The staff were warm and always accommodating, making my stay feel like home.

Though the food options were nice, I found the restaurant's prices quite steep. Also, the limited breakfast selection left something to be desired.

The staff were wicked helpful, especially the front desk crew. Loved chillin’ by the fire pit outside after a long day. Room was super comfy, and they had this great walk-in shower with awesome water pressure. Can’t beat that, huh? Definitely coming back and telling my friends about this place.

The room was comfy as, and the fire pit area was a choice spot to chill. But, I sure missed a microwave, and breakfast wasn't included. Chur for the friendly staff!

I enjoyed my stay. The Bistro made it easy to grab a morning coffee and a light breakfast before heading out. The seating by the fire pit was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day. The staff were welcoming, making the experience pleasant. I appreciated the flexible housekeeping option. It felt good to settle in after a busy day exploring downtown. The location was perfect for getting to the airport quickly. Would come back again.

this hotel was super nice! loved the lobby area, really trendy and welcoming. my room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. there’s a cool courtyard with comfy seating around a firepit, perfect for chilling out. didn’t expect it to be this good for a chain hotel!

but i was bummed that breakfast wasn’t included, and i found hair on the bathroom floor which was kinda gross. also, the coffee machines could use an upgrade.

The King Room was really comfortable, especially the bed with a nice mix of pillows. The big walk-in shower had great water pressure, which was a huge plus! The TV had HBO and Showtime too. The desk chair wasn’t great for lounging, though. The sofa bed was a little too deep for watching TV comfortably, so that was a bit of a struggle. But overall, it felt cozy and homey, and the updates from the renovation definitely made a difference.

Comfortable bed, cozy outdoor patio, where I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance around the fire pit after a day of exploring and appreciated the convenient free airport shuttle that made my travels seamless.

Great coffee shop and friendly staff. Luggage storage was very handy, but tedious shuttle wait.

We loved staying here as a large family! The queen room with two beds was spacious and clean, perfect for our kids. The shuttle to the airport was super helpful, making everything so convenient. There was even a cute Starbucks on site, though not full service.

In my wife’s opinion, a breakfast option would be nice.

the check-in process was a bit slow , but the staff were super friendly and accommodating. the room felt homey with nice decor, and the outdoor patio had a cozy fire pit for hanging out. super close to a great restaurant too!
