Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided made our stay extra convenient. The hotel is located in a safe area and we felt secure throughout our stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. we had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight trip. The location was perfect, especially since it was close to the airport. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning view of the water from our window. The room was quiet and clean, and the layout was one of the best I've seen. Additionally, the breakfast on Saturday was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was close to the airport, which made our travel experience much more convenient. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel was within walking distance of a beautiful nature trail and a waterfront restaurant. It was great to have these options nearby to explore and enjoy during our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our experience at the hotel. the housekeeping staff seemed to have a habit of knocking on our door before the designated checkout time, which was quite bothersome.

The breakfast was great with a variety of options. The hotel had a beautiful view of the bay across the street. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff who promptly met all of our requests.

The pillows were too hard and gave me a headache. The lady serving breakfast had a bad attitude and seemed unwilling to greet or interact with guests.

Close to airport, accommodating staff, allowed late check-out and use of facilities. Walking distance to nature trail and waterfront restaurant. a wonderful experience. Would recommend.

I was the cleanliness of the room, particularly the shower corners and floor. It seemed like those areas were not properly cleaned, and I had to wear shower shoes to feel comfortable.

I loved the location and the helpful front desk receptionist. The room was very nice overall and had a great view of the bay. The staff was extremely helpful and met all of our requests promptly.
