The hotel is located within a short walking distance to the beach, Alabama theater and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were well decorated and up to date. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was immaculately clean with a refreshing scent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was aesthetically pleasing. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Additionally, the guest laundry facility was convenient, and parking was plentiful.

The hotel is great value for money, located near all the stores and restaurants we wanted to visit. Our room with a balcony and two queen beds was perfect for our stay, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Plus, the included breakfast with Starbucks coffee was a great way to start our day!

Recently renovated rooms were clean and spacious. The WiFi was excellent and the shower had great water pressure. Location was convenient and close to attractions. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Pool and hot tub were great for relaxing.

Pillows were too soft, so bring your own if you prefer firm pillows. It's recommended to have a car unless you enjoy walking or using Uber/Lyft. Breakfast was not included and the on-site options were just average.

The lobby area was really modern and stylish, which made for a pleasant first impression. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my wife's 50th birthday was a memorable one. They were attentive, friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. The hotel room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was close to everything we wanted to do during our city break.

There were a few issues that dampened our experience. The parking situation was quite frustrating, with large trucks taking up multiple spaces and leaving little room for other guests.
