Plus, that onsite Applebee's is like discovering a surprise party you weren't even invited to. Breakfast was a feast—so many options! I could have made a pancake tower if I had time. The front desk ladies were like two cheerful owls, making check-in feel like a breeze. Thanks for the laughs and a delightful stay!

But a non-smoking room that still smelled like my Aunt Edna's old perfume? Priceless! I half expected her to pop out from the closet for a chat.
