The room was nice and clean with a modern design, and we had a great view from our window. The staff, especially the front desk staff in the morning and afternoon, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from Broadway and the Ryman. We loved the fact that they had a room where we could order food and drinks anytime, and their breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

No complaints, we felt privileged during our stay.

Great location minutes walk to all the sites, museums and entertainment areas. Incredibly spacious and clean room on the 12th floor. Comfortable bed and coffee machine in the room. Short 2 block walk to Broadway. Easy access to Nissan stadium. Nice sitting area in the lobby with plenty of privacy.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Downtown. From the moment we arrived, the staff was caring and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants and attractions. Valet parking was a huge plus, and having a Starbucks on the first floor was convenient. The breakfast served was delicious, and the atmosphere made us feel at home. a fantastic experience with friendly staff, clean rooms, and an excellent location.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was close to everything and I was able to easily participate in all the activities I wanted to. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were great, including the air conditioning which kept me comfortable. The restaurant and bar area were nice, and the fitness studio was a great resource to have. The Wi-Fi was also handy for keeping in touch with family and friends.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the downtown area. I was able to easily walk to all the popular attractions, including Broadway and Printer's Alley. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to check in early when my husband wasn't feeling well, and offered him a Sprite to settle his stomach. The front desk clerk, possibly named Ireland or Iceland, was especially kind and accommodating. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service.

The bathroom was outdated and lacked safety features such as anti-slip strips. The gym was below average for a hotel gym.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city with everything in walking distance, including local bars and printers alley. The rooms were well-equipped, ours had a king size bed and even included a few bottles of water. The flat screen TV was also a nice touch. The staff were very attentive and provided great service.
