The staff at Holiday Inn made our stay a memorable one. Despite a delayed check-in, they offered me a handicapped room and even gave me the option to switch if I wasn't satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and their top-notch service truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for its accommodating staff and restful stay.

Great Staff & Breakfast: the hotel had a friendly and professional staff, especially Gregory at the front desk. the breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of options.

Noise Issues: There were some issues with noise during our stay. the cleaning crew decided to vacuum the sixth floor at 9 PM, which was quite inconvenient.

The hotel had a fantastic location, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was in the gears and close to many eateries, making it easy to get to anywhere I wanted. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us in any area. The hotel facilities were extremely clean and had newer and updated decor. The best part was the great layout, with all rooms facing a magnificent pool area. We loved that our room opened up to the pool, and the kids had a blast swimming and making friends with other guests. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers, making it easy for us to explore the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tyler for a business trip and had a great experience. The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist in any area. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was situated on the hill and close to bustling shopping centers. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed. I found this hotel to be a great value for money, with attention to detail and a staff that went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel itself was a little older than expected and had a view of the rooftop with the AC units, which was not very appealing. Additionally, the breakfast was not included and did not meet expectations.
