There was nothing I didn't like.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The property was stunning and had a luxurious feel to it. The rooms were beautifully decorated and everything felt brand new. The staff were incredibly professional and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed having the breakfast grill and bar-like café downstairs, it added a nice touch to our mornings. The hotel also had a great recreational area in the back, right by the river. We had so much fun tubing in the river, lounging by the pool, and playing volleyball. It was the perfect place for families to relax and have a great time.

We had a minor issue with some peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and a small yellow stain on the wall. The room didn't feel as clean as we would have liked, and the staff forgot to come in and take out our trash or change our towels during our three-night stay.

The hotel is in a great location right by the river, with amazing views and a cozy lounge chair area. The conference center is also nearby, making it a convenient location for business travelers. Rooms are nicely decorated, with clean, modern bathrooms. The outstanding breakfast spread is an added bonus, with options like fresh oatmeal and Starbucks coffee to start the day.

The staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills.

The location of the hotel was great, with a beautiful setting by the river. the pool and garden area outside were a real highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy. Additionally, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service during our stay.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, with stains on the walls.

The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants nearby and attractions like Schlitterbahn and Son's Island just minutes away. The hotel's property was beautiful and offered river access for guests, which was a lovely perk. The pool was well-maintained with ample seating and towels available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured safety protocols were followed. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely book again.

The restaurant was also fantastic, and the staff even went out of their way to make sure the fireplace was lit, making it that much cozier.

As women traveling alone, we loved the ultra-professional staff, the convenient breakfast grill and café, and the beautiful scenery. The hotel's back yard access to the Guadalupe River was a treat, and the view from our window was superb. We also appreciated the washer/dryer room and the fast and convenient breakfast at the bistro. The entire hotel had a clean, inviting atmosphere, and we felt at ease during our stay.

We enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of our hotel. the cafe downstairs had delicious food and drinks, and the staff were all very professional and friendly. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and we were able to find everything we needed within a short distance. we appreciated the clean and comfortable accommodations.

Our room could have benefited from some updates and maintenance. the bathroom felt dated and the overall room design could have been more modern.

Enjoyed the river view from my balcony, the staff was super friendly and the buffet breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
