I had an amazing experience at Courtyard in Covington! The lobby was inviting with a bar/refreshment area, and they even had snacks and drinks available at the reservation desk. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was nicely updated with comfortable beds, furnishings, and a TV. The bathroom was clean and had no issues. The best part was the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff, especially Jeanne'. She went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and that our stay was comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

They provided helpful information and even offered us complimentary bottles of water upon arrival. the 2 room suite we stayed in was nicely renovated with a beautiful color scheme of calming blues. the beds were comfortable and the coffee was great. Additionally, the private patio was a lovely feature, opening out onto a pathway with beautiful landscaping and lighting.

During our stay, the dining room was closed and they only had grab and go food available in the makeshift lobby. This was quite disappointing as we were not aware of this beforehand.

I was disappointed by a few aspects of my stay. the bathroom in my room was not properly cleaned, with dirty towels left on the floor and long black hairs found on the walls and floor.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with an indoor pool and hot tub to relax in after a long day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with no funky smells anywhere. The location was convenient, with easy access to nice restaurants, Starbucks, and other amenities. The staff at the front desk were helpful and provided thorough explanations of all the amenities, including the breakfast options at the bistro. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The housekeeping service was sub-par, with stained linens and shower curtains, uncleaned bathroom, and dirty floors. There were also defective shower fans that made screeching sounds.
