Housekeeping inconsistencies are concerning!!! Elevators take forever during peak hours – a real hassle!!! The air conditioning has a mind of its own, making for uncomfortable nights!!! Noise from the street will keep you up if you're not a deep sleeper!!!

Staff were proper legends! When our room lock died, they fixed it sharp-sharp, so we could hit the fashion show on time. Plus, they let us stash our bags all day which was a lifesaver. The bed was just bliss, slept like a baby!

Only downside was the towels situation. They only cleaned every other day, so we ran out of towels a bit. Ag man, wish they'd be a bit more on the ball with that!

The AC was noisy as, and the towels were a bit scarce. But the location was choice, heaps close to the subway and good eats!

Despite a promising location, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I found my room poorly cleaned, with visible hair on the floor and an unemptied garbage can. It was concerning that the hotel apparently limited housekeeping to every other day, leaving me without fresh towels and empty shampoo dispensers. Additionally, the staff didn't seem attentive to my complaints and made the entire situation frustratingly complicated. I expected much more for what I paid.

I love the location! It's super close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, being near the financial district means there are plenty of great eateries around. The rooms are modern and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a night out singing karaoke in nearby spots.

The breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

Chur, bro! The room was comfy and clean, but it was a bit noisy when the window was open. Sweet spot near the metro and shops, though!

The location is fantastic. walking distance to Wall Street and plenty of restaurants nearby. The cleaning staff did an awesome job, keeping everything spotless. Plus, it's super close to the subway, making city exploration easy!

My stay was fantastic as the hotel is within a short walk to the stunning world trade center memorial and the beautiful seaport district, where you can find great waterfront views and eateries. it made exploring the vibrant financial district so convenient and enjoyable.

I had a great time staying in this cozy hotel! The room was a bit smaller than expected based on photos, but it was super clean and had great amenities. The breakfast area was always packed, making it hard to grab something quick, but the overall experience was enjoyable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for our weekend! Walkable to metro, Chinatown, and many tasty food spots! Clean room, and we enjoyed the all-you-can-eat breakfast! ! Grocery and Starbucks just around the corner 🌟.

The location was clutch—easy walks to Chinatown, the metro, and the Brooklyn Bridge. A perfect base for city exploring.
