We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a quiet excellent neighborhood. The location was perfect, with many wonderful restaurants and good metro links nearby. The staff at this place were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. They were warm and accommodating, answering all of our requests and providing attentive service. From the bellhop Axel to the front desk staff member Aaron, everyone was very helpful and gave us great service. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi.

The location was perfect, close to popular areas like Ramblas and Gothic Quarter. The rooftop bar, sauna, and gym were great. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to help, even assisting in finding misplaced luggage. The hotel had a welcoming ambience and well-equipped rooms, making it suitable for families with children.
