Understaffed bar caused delays during happy hour.

The staff were heaps friendly, but the shower was a bit dodgy, didn’t get hot some times. Overall, stayed comfy, would give it another go. Chur!

I recently stayed in a wheelchair-accessible room equipped with a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. The fitness center was well-equipped, which helped me maintain my workout routine. The on-property bistro, although a bit pricey, offered a variety of tasty snacks, and the lounge area downstairs was a pleasant spot to unwind.

The only downside was that the shower occasionally lacked consistent hot water.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by considerable noise levels. I had a room near the freeway, and the traffic was incessant, making it hard to relax. Additionally, I experienced a situation where I could hear noises from the room above, which contributed to a restless night and overall discomfort.

The Bistro offered great snacks, and the digital check-in made my arrival seamless. However, the room's decor felt outdated with peeling wallpaper, detracting slightly from my overall experience.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Had a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Room was super comfy with Air conditioning, Flat-screen TV, Coffee machine, and nice toiletries. The entire unit was wheelchair accessible, which is great. Y’all, the Fitness centre was equipped well and helped keep up my workout. Really clean hotel, close to shops and nice food options around. Loved it!

The front desk chommies were so friendly, remembered my name, and even left me a little note with goodies in my room! The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, perfect for a funny jol when it was windy outside. Plus, the beds were lekker comfy—best sleep I've had in ages!

Only downside was the parking fee—$12 felt a bit steep, especially on a busy weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with my hubby and family. The staff were friendly and made sure we felt welcome. The location was great too—close to shops and entertaining activities like heading out for a round of golf nearby.

My kids wished the breakfast options were better.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super comfy, and the bedding felt great. The hot shower was on point, and I loved the electronic thermostat keeping the room just right. It was nice that I could pick my room at check-in too. A bummer was the parking situation—$12 a day felt a bit steep, especially when it got crowded. But still, not a bad stay overall.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend rest in Palmdale with very good value for money. The electronic room thermostat made the stay super comfortable, keeping the room at just the right temperature.
