Clean and spacious rooms, convenient proximity to shopping, easily accessible entrances

The noise from the highways is downright annoying!!! Signage around the property is confusing!!! Check-in can take an eternity due to poor management of front desk processes!!!

The staff was super warm! at check-in, they really went out of their way to help us find a parking spot when the lot was full. I also loved that the breakfast selection included a Starbucks so I could grab that morning coffee fix before heading out!

It wasn't exactly cheap, yet for what you get, it's acceptable.

i’ve stayed in paramus before, but this time my experience at courtyard was exceptional. the rooms were clean and spacious, and i loved the hot chocolate and banana bread served at the bistro. overall, my expectations were exceeded during this quick stop.

the couch in the king suite was uncomfortable.

You can't miss the smoked fish at the bistro—it's a culinary gem! Plus, the rooms were clean and efficient upon arrival, making me feel right at home.

The location off of Route 17 may not win any awards. the couch in the king suite was a tad uncomfortable for serious TV time, and that small fridge was a surprise.

The rooms are clean and provide a decent amount of space, which is crucial if you're spending time with family. Plus, the Bistro serves solid food—the fries are crispy, a small detail that makes working late feel less like a drag.

Location can be a hassle, situated right off a busy highway, making it tricky to navigate in and out, especially during peak hours. There were complaints about the limited menufrom the Bistro, particularly outside of peak times, and on top of that, the couch in the king suite is more uncomfortable than I'd prefer for kicking back with a movie. Also, parking tends to fill up quickly at peak times, adding a bit of stress upon arrival. Issues with housekeeping have been reported, and a few guests mentioned they didn’t receive the extra towels or services they requested. Managing reservations might cause some headaches, too. mix-ups with room types have happened.

the staff was super friendly, and the room was spacious with a clean, comfy bed. breakfast was made to order with good options, perfect for starting the day! cozy atmosphere and quick access to nearby shops, too!

Everything was ideal.

the staff was incredibly friendly, particularly at night. they switched my room without hassle when I needed it. the bistro's food was fresh, and portions were generous. having coffee made my mornings even better ☕.
