We had a fantastic stay at a hotel perfectly situated for sightseeing in this beautiful region. The hotel facilities were great, with a jacuzzi for our enjoyment. The location was ideal, right opposite a mini shopping center with a nice inexpensive restaurant and very close to the center of this city. We loved that it was less touristy and offered a variation of things to see and do. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

We loved the live acoustic music on Saturday night while dining alfresco. The breakfast was imaginative and plentiful with tasty beans and rice. The staff accommodated my gluten-free needs flawlessly. Overall great location, very clean, and nice pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The location is fantastic as it's just up a hill from the town, making it a peaceful retreat, yet still convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. The service is great, with room service available and friendly housekeeping staff. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service and welcome drink upon arrival. Tours and tickets can be easily arranged at the front desk and we loved the happy hour at the poolside snack bar. The room amenities were perfect with coffee and tea facilities, ironing facilities, and a safe for our valuables. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services- the full-body massage was so relaxing! The sun terrace and garden area were the perfect spots for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views.

We had a fantastic time at this quirky little place nestled in the Monteverde cloud forest. the staff at Hotel & Spa Poco A Poco were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great advice and arranging activities for us. the room and grounds were clean, and while not luxurious, they were perfectly suitable for our needs. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the large grounds were a haven for birdwatching.

Breakfast provides a good choice, including fresh fruits and local delicacies, making it a perfect jumpstart for the day.
