I recently stayed at Courtyard in Parsippany for a week while visiting a friend at Drew University. The modern, clean room and comfortable bed were impressive. The staff was friendly and check-out was hassle-free. The hotel's location offered plenty of nearby food options and shopping opportunities. The internet was fast and reliable, and I enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful outdoor space.

For the price, this hotel was excellent - great value for money. It's located conveniently near shopping areas, meaning you can easily pop out for some retail therapy. The parking was comfortable and accessible. The basic amenities were plentiful and the staff were attentive and very friendly. The rooms, especially those with balconies, have been updated in terms of décor, which was definitely a plus. Bonus points for the jacuzzi!

The staff at Courtyard Parsippany immediately moved us to a new room when we had issues with the heating unit. They were efficient and considerate, making our stay hassle-free. I'll recommend this hotel.
