I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, except for one person, were welcoming and excellent. The long-haired guy at the front desk went out of his way to make our check-in experience welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The room was very comfortable and the housekeeper was exceptional. She took care of all my needs, brought extra pillowcases and towels promptly, and provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, many local vendors, the bay bridge, and restaurants.

We stayed at a hotel near Pensacola beach that was supposed to be affordable, but we regret it. The location was far from the beach and not walkable to any stores or restaurants. However, we found a hotel on the other side of the bay which was much more conveniently located. They had a convenience store within walking distance where we could get snacks and drinks. The hotel was also in the Pensacola area, close to the grassy area where we could enjoy a walk. The room was impeccable, the bathroom was clean and the staff provided great service. The breakfast was perfect and the view was stunning from our room.

This hotel worked well for us being near the water, in the downtown area, and within walking distance of sites and restaurants. The rooms were mostly clean and the mattresses were very comfortable, allowing for a great night of sleep. Additionally, the staff provided attentive service and the basic amenities were satisfactory.

The breakfast at the Residence across the street should be available every day, not just Monday-Thursday.
