The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the downtown area and riverfront. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants, which was convenient. The attached causeway through the parking structure was also a nice feature, especially when the weather wasn't great. Additionally, the room had a nice view of the downtown area and riverfront, which added to the romantic atmosphere.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. our reserved king size bed was not available, and we were given a double queen room instead.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the Illinois River and Civic Center. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The hotel offers basic amenities like sofa beds, 2 double beds, and it's a great value for the price.

We chose this hotel as it was conveniently located near the venue we attended. The modern room was clean, however, tight and lacked soundproofing. The bathroom was functional, with good water pressure. Breakfast was pricey and the common areas were often dirty. Although the staff was friendly, the slow elevators detracted from our stay.

The view from our room didn't make up for the noise level, making it challenging to sleep.

We loved the modern and clean smell of the hotel room. The location was fantastic, with an enclosed skywalk connecting the hotel to the Civic Center where we attended a concert. The lobby bar had great food and drinks, and the staff was helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus.

The breakfast was included as promised, which was a huge relief. We enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal to start our day off right. The cleanliness of the facility was also exceptional, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. we had a pleasant experience at Courtyard Peoria Downtown.

Secondly, the staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained, with tasteful decorations and basic amenities. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was conveniently located near the Civic Center, which was great for the event we were attending. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent customer service.

On the downside, the room we stayed in was quite small and the layout was not ideal. The bed was pushed against the wall, making it difficult for one of us to get out without climbing over the other.
