The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the main shopping streets and plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the valet parking service. the decor of the hotel was fun and vibrant, adding a touch of personality to the stay.

There were a few issues that dampened my experience. the stairs were quite steep, so I would advise taking the lift if you have any difficulty with mobility.

I recently stayed at Kimpton in Edinburgh for a few nights for leisure purposes. The hotel was fantastic in every way. The room was well appointed and comfortable, with plenty of mirrors and a lovely design. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome at the front desk. The central location was ideal, and the breakfast was excellent. The spa was a great place to unwind in the evenings. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the constant badgering by multiple staff members to dine at the neighboring restaurant was annoying.

We loved everything about this place. the location was superb, right in the heart of the city with all the popular sights within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room upon arrival and were impressed by the room amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, sitting area, and garden furniture. The spa facilities were a real treat, and we enjoyed relaxing in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service and laundry services offered.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and cannot fault it in any way.

The stunning interior design of the whole hotel added to our enjoyment of our stay. I must say, I got a great bang for my buck at Kimpton. The room was lovely with a good view and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of a beautiful building. The staff were all friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Kimpton in Charlotte Square was worth every penny. The room was beautifully designed with stunning views of the castle. The hotel’s location was perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived.

The room could get quite warm at times, even with the window open, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the spa was being renovated during my stay, so I was unable to enjoy that facility.
