I had a great stay at Courtyard. The hotel was extremely clean and in an excellent location. The staff members were exemplary, exemplifying friendliness, courtesy, and knowledge. The rooms were very quiet, and we had a great view from our room. The valet parking service was convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for all the amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. Thirdly, the location of this hotel was perfect, close to different food places, the conference, and very close to all the events downtown. Lastly, the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, with two king beds that were way over my requirements as a single traveler. Plus, being on the 9th floor gave me a stunning view of the mountains in the distance. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious too!

Though everything was great, the hotel could consider opening the bar earlier than 5pm.

As a traveler, I really appreciated the sense of security in the hotel. The staff was attentive and the overall lovely attentions made me feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including eggs, meat, fruits, potatoes. The choice for a cold or warm breakfast was a great touch. Additionally, the hotel had a large choice of cold and hot beverages, which was perfect for starting the day. The bistro offered breakfast from 6-10am during the week and 6-11am on the weekends. The central location of the hotel was easily accessible by public transport, particularly the light rail. I also had access to a laundry room and the warm water in the pool was a great way to relax.

I felt special during my stay and there was no reason to complain.

We had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in downtown Phoenix. the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast which we almost missed, but thankfully found on the 2nd floor. the food was delicious and we enjoyed starting our day with a hearty meal. the location of the hotel was perfect as we could easily walk to all the main attractions in the area. We also appreciated the friendly and enthusiastic customer service we received upon check-in. the staff acknowledged our wedding anniversary and surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a lovely gesture that made our stay extra special.

There were a few things that were not ideal during our stay. there were no clear indicators or signage in the elevator or our room to easily access amenities like the ice machine and pool.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They even upgraded our room free of charge. the rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, we loved the convenience of being able to sign in to our Netflix account and continue watching our favorite shows.

One drawback was the road construction in the area, which made it challenging to find the hotel and caused roads to be closed off. This resulted in having to park quite a distance away and walk to the hotel with our luggage, which was not ideal.
