We had an issue with the hot water on our floor, but the hotel quickly brought in a contractor to fix it. Although the water temperature wasn't fully corrected, it did improve. The room itself was clean and spacious, perfect for our needs. The location of the hotel was also ideal, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff, particularly Shannon and Brandon, were exceptional and made our stay enjoyable. The presence of a fire pit outside was a nice touch. Despite a few minor hiccups, I would recommend this hotel.

Awesome stay, Awesome & Spacious & Clean room! The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The parking area was well-lit and easy to access. The location was great, next to a wooded area, making it quiet throughout the day and night. Loved that they accommodated my request for a balcony room. Also, they provided shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The limited breakfast choices and poor quality of the food was a turn-off. The meals seemed prepackaged and overpriced.

The hotel provided a great room with a very comfortable bed and it was very clean. Its location was also convenient, close to shopping centers and restaurants. I particularly liked the fact that the TV was set up to scan a code on your phone, allowing you to connect to your streaming accounts like Netflix. This was a super cool feature.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. upon arrival, there was no one available at the front desk and I had to knock on the back door to get someone to open it.

My partner and I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled next to a beautiful wooded area. The room was pleasant and clean, with a cozy loveseat that we wished we had at home. The bathroom was well-maintained and the service provided by James, Tracie, and Koda was exceptional. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Western PA Turnpike and plenty of nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the free minibus service and the lovely view of the surrounding nature.

We were disappointed to encounter unsupervised children in the pool, as it seemed like the hotel heavily caters to families and neglects other visitors.

The hotel's proximity to Rt 30 and nearby restaurants is great. The service provided by the staff at this hotel is excellent, with attention to detail and basic amenities. The rooms are comfortable and have nice surprises like a pull-out couch and a little sitting area. The hotel's appearance is lovely. The breakfast options are nice and plentiful, giving guests the freedom to choose whatever they want from the morning menu.

The only downside is that breakfast can be inconvenient, especially since most hotels these days offer free breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Greensburg for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The surrounding area was beautiful, with a peaceful wooded view that made it feel like more than just a hotel. The parking area was well-lit and easily accessible. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
