As longer-term business travelers, we found the Courtyard By Marriott to offer excellent value with its luxury feel at a reasonable price. The lobby, rooms, and amenities felt more like a basic level 4-star hotel, surpassing the typical 3-star experience. The location was ideal for our travel needs, and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we were impressed by the quality of the food at the Bistro. The workout room also provided a good space for us to stay active during our stay.

Our stay at Courtyard was excellent. The room was clean and stylish, just as we expected. But what truly impressed us was the customer service. Despite being snowed in, the staff went out of their way to be courteous and accommodating. One employee even came in early to ensure they wouldn't be late due to road conditions. That's commitment! I highly recommend this hotel.

They remembered our names and provided useful information throughout our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional. The location was perfect, situated on top of a hillside with easy access to a casino, outlet shopping, and a variety of restaurants. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel.
