i almost gave a good review, but the weak water pressure was truly disappointing. Also, having no coffee or tea sachets in the room? Ridiculous! i expected at least a welcome gift or a room upgrade for the inconvenience. just because you're near some convenience stores doesn't mean i should settle for less.

The room sizes are incredibly cramped!!! I felt like I was living in a shoebox!!! If you're looking for space, definitely pay for the larger options. The street noise from Ginza could be bothersome too!!!

the location is decent, but the room size woudl ve been laughable if it weren't so sad. the staff were friendly but could’ve put in some actual effort. i mean, is it too much to expect a welcome gift for my troubles? this place would've been lovely if only they cared more about guests like me.

The hotel is in a prime area close to shopping in Ginza and has great access to both subway stations and a Family Mart just downstairs. The staff was friendly and offered useful local tips. Our baby enjoyed the kids' amenities provided.

My wife says that the bathroom could use some more space for family privacy.

The all-you-can-drink coffee in the lounge was a nice touch after my excursions. I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me carry my bags up stairs when there was an unexpected earthquake. The cultural workshops were interesting, especially the one where I made a local spinning top. Being from Italy, I found the experience unique and memorable.

I loved how the staff offered to help me up the outdoor stairs after the earthquake instead of just leaving me on my own. There’s a fantastic relaxation room with comfy seating and a lovely book nook to unwind in. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but trying the Japanese style was definitely worth it! 😊
