The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even providing umbrellas during a heavy rainstorm. The food selection was excellent, and the staff remembered our names from our previous visit. We also appreciated the upgrade we received upon early check-in. Courtyard truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Exceptional service! I requested a quiet room on an upper floor and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I slept peacefully and didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The location was perfect for attending a concert at Moda Center, with a short walk or a free shuttle bus ride available. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

The staff was helpful and kind. Vallet parking cost $29 a night. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in downtown near sporting/conferencing facilities and public transit infrastructure.

Everything was spot on.

We loved the cozy fireplaces and the bar downstairs. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the MAXX line and some amazing coffee shops, including the must-visit 'Cafe Bakery'. As guests with disabilities, we were pleased with our upper floor, quiet room and felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel's proximity to the Moda Center, where we attended a concert, made it even more convenient. The free shuttle bus was a great option for getting around within a 3-mile radius.

I really liked the friendly and helpful staff, especially Clinton at the concierge/check-in desk. He engaged with us and even offered a complimentary breakfast when we mentioned a disturbance outside our room. The hotel is also continually updating and upgrading their facilities, which is great to see. The breakfast buffet had good quality food and the housekeeping staff were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard. the staff was incredibly nice and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and grab a drink before the Blazers game. the room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. We ended up eating at the hotel's restaurant and had some of the best burgers we've had in a while! the proximity to MODA, where we watched the NBA game, was a major plus. the complimentary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius was also very convenient. it was a great experience.

Great location, excellent valet parking service. Attendants went above and beyond, ensuring a smooth experience, even retrieving forgotten items. Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff throughout, including restaurant personnel. A bonus was the view of the Grand Floral Parade passing by.

The staff was accommodating, giving us free breakfast to make up for our delayed check-in due to room cleaning. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Although the gym was small, it was adequate for a quick workout. Overall I had a great stay at Courtyard.

This hotel was a great experience. The value for money was excellent, especially for the location in the central Lloyd neighborhood. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The inclusion of breakfast was a nice bonus.
