We had a wedding to attend between Richmond and Williamsburg and were looking for an affordable hotel. We found Courtyard to be the best option and we are glad we chose it. The hotel was clean, quiet, and offered great value for the money. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when we needed to leave a day early and waived the cancellation fee. Their helpfulness bought our loyalty. we had a pleasant stay at Courtyard and would definitely choose it again.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the airport and having nearby dining options. the shuttle service, although with intermittent issues, was a helpful amenity. the room itself was clean and modern with all the necessary amenities.

The customer service experience was subpar, with mistakes made during check-in and a rude encounter with the night auditor. the staff seemed rushed and did not handle the situation professionally.
