Shuttle service issues caused unexpected hassle.

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed for one night. The air conditioner was directly across the bed, causing discomfort, and there was no safety box or complimentary breakfast, which I expected given the price. However, the room was spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. Great for short stays, but expect a few challenges.

During my stay, the lack of a safety box in the room was concerning, as it made me feel uneasy about securing my valuables. Additionally, the air conditioning created an uncomfortable environment, constantly cycling between freezing and warm. I also noticed that the rates seemed higher compared to other hotels, which left me wishing for a bit more value given the price.

The bistro’s tasty snacks really hit the spot after our concert adventure. Plus, the cozy room with a park view made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was spacious and nicely designed. The noise from outside made it hard to sleep well. I enjoyed the convenience of live sports events nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The staff were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond for my family. The front desk even provided toys for my son during check-in, a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious yogurts and high-quality options made to order. However, the air conditioning in our King Room was very uncomfortable, blowing directly across the bed. While the cleanliness of the property was commendable, it would have been nice to have a safety box in the room for added peace of mind.

This hotel offers a lovely bistro in the lobby for convenient snacks, and the rooms are spacious and well-kept. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the added touch of complimentary eclipse memorabilia was quite thoughtful. However, the parking situation could be enhanced for better security.

The room was spacious and well-kept, making for a comfortable stay. The bathroom shower design left water everywhere—very slippery! Conveniently, I enjoyed live sports events nearby, adding to the fun. Overall, a solid choice despite the minor shower issue.

Loved the dry cleaning service and friendly staff who greeted us with warm smiles! The downtown area was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. The complimentary shuttle service was super convenient! !

Super comfy stay during eclipse weekend!

We got a last-minute room here during the eclipse and it was a lucky find! The beds were super comfy, and the staff were so nice, even giving us free eclipse glasses! The mini fridge was a bit on the small side, and it would’ve been nice to have a bigger one. Will definitely recommend it!
