From the moment I stepped in, the staff was inviting and engaging, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast was a delightful spread each morning, fueling our adventures around Clemmons.

However, I encountered some noise disturbances from above that made it tough to unwind after a long day. Next time, I’ll be sure to book a top floor room to avoid that racket!

I was seriously impressed by how spotless everything was at the hotel! The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after a busy day. Plus, the sun terrace and sun loungers made my downtime feel like a mini-vacation too!

The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful during my stay, making check-in smooth and hassle-free.

I encountered a double charge issue when checking in, as another guest informed me that there was a new employee who had mistakenly overcharged multiple guests, which caused some anxiety.

The location was great, just a short drive from the BB & T Soccer Park, which made things super convenient with our two young kids. The suite was perfect for our family, with a sofa bed for the little one and all the essentials.

My wife says that more entertainment options would make it even better for families.

this hotel was super clean and the staff were really nice. the breakfast lady was awesome, always made everyone feel welcomed. the location is perfect for exploring clemmons and there were great places to eat nearby. the beds were comfy and the room had all the stuff we needed, like a fridge and a microwave. had a nice stay overall and will be coming back for sure!

but there was some noise from the upstairs guests that was kinda annoying, and the shower could use a lil upgrade.

i had an amazin stay here! the property was super clean and comfy. the staff was relly friendly, like besties right away. breakfast was awesome with lotsa choices and the lady serving was so cheerful, we didnt want to leave! also, loved having a mini fridge in the room, so handy for snacks!

i had a wonderful stay at holiday inn express & suites, winston, salem sw, clemmons. the property was super clean, and the beds were really comfy. the breakfast staff made my mornings special with their friendliness, and it's conveniently located near restaurants and shops.
