We recently stayed at the Courtyard hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure all of our needs were met. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail in the housekeeping. The indoor pool and spa were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. we had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to the baseball facility where we were playing for the weekend. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for my stay. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities in the area.

One aspect that I wasn't pleased with was the quality of the bedsheets in my room. They appeared to have been used before and were not as clean as I would have expected.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the location was excellent, being at the end of a shopping center and backing to woods. It was very convenient to have various shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with the running AC creating a soothing "white noise" effect throughout the night. Lastly, the breakfast that was included in our room deal was a fantastic bonus, especially compared to other similar hotels we've stayed at.

All in all, I couldn't find a single flaw during my stay.

Convenient location, just across the street from IHOP and close to attractions. Spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for families or groups. the room was quiet despite being near the entrance and the ice machine.

The bathroom could use some updates, like an upgraded tub, sink, and a bathroom fan. the towels also need to be replaced.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the complementary breakfast and parking offered by the hotel. the hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping centers which made it convenient to explore the area. the room was spacious, and I enjoyed the availability of Wi-Fi which allowed me to stay connected.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and I found several pieces of hair on the bedding. Finally, the lack of responsiveness from the staff when I raised the cleanliness concerns was not satisfactory.
