The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They upgraded us to a spacious suite, recognizing our needs after a rough week. The room was impeccably clean and looked brand new. The location was convenient yet secluded and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the TV had Hulu and YouTube channels. Despite a few drawbacks, like the limited breakfast options and the presence of down bedding triggering my wife's asthma, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Crystal and Lily at the front desk, were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. The size of the room was spacious and well-appointed. We also loved the location, as it was conveniently close to all the restaurants in the area as well as the highways. one of the best places we've ever stayed at!

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The room was clean and there was no noise bleed from other rooms. We enjoyed access to Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime. There was also a small kiosk for snacks.

During our city trip, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants in the area and easy access to attractions. We also appreciated the early check-in and the upgrade we received from the manager. the staff, especially Manny, was friendly and helpful. the comfortable room and the wide range of TV selections made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the complimentary cookies were a delicious bonus!

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't particularly like during our stay. the bathtub lacked sufficient non-slip surfaces, which caused a minor accident.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, nestled in a quiet and safe residential area, surrounded by beautiful woods. I also loved the well-made beds and the convenience of having basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Plus, the patio on the ground level was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the Tarrytown area.

Great amenities and comfortable accommodations. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the shower was great and the amenities were top notch, especially the soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. the hotel also had a nice outdoor area in the courtyard with comfortable furniture.

The pool being closed was a disappointment. We chose this hotel over others in the area because of the pool, so finding out it was closed upon arrival was a letdown.
