As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the helpful staff and clean facilities. Mario was a standout, providing informative assistance in fluent English. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views, and the early check-in suggestion was a nice touch. Edwin, the porter, helped us settle in and provided instructions on the room amenities. The hotel even went above and beyond by preparing a cake and decorating our room for our special occasion. The staff, especially Mari, were always available and accommodating. The room was comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a view of our own "Vesuvius". We can't wait to return next year, thanks to our daughter's recommendation.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and provided us with a lot of helpful information during check-in. They even offered to make tour reservations for us and gave great food suggestions. the rooftop garden was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. We enjoyed spending time there, having drinks and taking in the atmosphere.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was that the breakfast menu remained the same every day. It would have been nice to have at least one different item, even if it was just fruit.

Most days, we were able to walk to the major attractions, and when we needed to use public transportation, the underground station was conveniently located nearby. We also had the opportunity to arrange a private pick-up to visit a nearby vineyard with incredible restaurants and the best gelato in the area. The staff at reception were always courteous and provided us with helpful transportation recommendations, as well as suggesting fantastic restaurants that suited our tastes perfectly. our stay was comfortable, elegant, and made even better by the welcoming and knowledgeable staff.

The hotel amenities were top-notch, with services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop terrace, which offered breathtaking views of Rome. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance to shopping areas and a variety of restaurants. It's also close enough to walk to most of the main attractions in about 25-35 minutes, except for the Vatican which we easily reached by taxi. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was immaculate and had a great shower. The staff provided excellent service, calling taxis for us and recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast at the rooftop bar was delicious, and the views were stunning.

The hotel walls were a bit thin, and at times we could hear the TV from the next door room.

There's not much to dislike about this hotel, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be that it might be a little far from Vatican City if that's your main destination. However, for me, it was not a big issue as I found the location to be quite convenient.
