The pool area was great for both indoor and outdoor swimming. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and spacious room. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was extra friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The bistro served great food. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for us, being away from busy areas. Adding breakfast to our package was a great value.

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay with my family. The location was perfect, as it was just a short distance away from Busch Gardens & Water Country USA. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-kept and had enough space for everyone, with either a balcony or a pull-out couch sofa bed as an option. They even offered complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start our day.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the proximity to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were impeccably clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided were all in excellent condition, and the rooms with a pull-out couch sofa bed were perfect for families. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus. It offered a variety of food options, including soy milk for those with dietary restrictions like myself.

All was exceptional, no improvements needed.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got great value! The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The location was also perfect, with Starbucks right there when we needed a pick-me-up. But the best part was the staff - they were so friendly and helpful, top-notch customer service!

The staff I encountered during my 5-day stay were extremely friendly and pleasant, making my experience even more enjoyable. Adding breakfast to my package was definitely worth it, as the food was delicious and it was a great value for the price.

The location of the hotel was great, close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. It made it easy for us to visit these attractions without spending too much time on the road. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice pool where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The room we stayed in was quite small, especially for our family of four. We had a hard time fitting comfortably in the space provided.

This hotel is in a perfect location for our trip, just a couple of miles from Busch Gardens and definitely easy to access all the activities we want to do - quite close to the historic district, which was fantastic. The indoor/outdoor pool is an excellent touch that we absolutely enjoyed, and clean rooms and the relaxing atmosphere assure a good night's sleep.

While everything was generally great during our stay, we would have appreciated more breakfast choices, just like the other hotels nearby that offer included breakfast buffet.

Great location, just a mile from Busch Gardens and close to Colonial Williamsburg. The pool area was nice and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were small for two adults and two kids, not enough space. They messed up our reservation and gave us a different room than what we booked.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, the great pool, and the helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, as it was close to Busch Gardens and an Italian restaurant. We were impressed with the hotel facilities and really enjoyed our stay.
