The cleanliness, the staff friendliness, the pool facilities was truly beautful.

i recently stayed at the grandstay in cambridge during a long journey, and it truly exceeded my expectations. the clean rooms and amazing continental breakfast made my stay enjoyable, especially after my previous experience at a different hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our group trip.

The pool and hot tub were a real treat for my nephews, kept 'em happy for hours. Wakin' up to that nice continental breakfast was a highlight too, their homemade biscuits were just right. Clancy and the head housekeeper sure knew how to treat folks with kindness. helped us with everything we needed.

The pool was shut down when I arrived, which was a big letdown!!! No soap in the room was a major oversight!!! Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the cleanliness of the bathroom needed attention!!!

We stayed for a wedding, and the hotel was perfect for our group. The clean, comfortable rooms and accommodating staff made our experience enjoyable. However, the pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing for the kids. This hotel is great for families and groups looking for a cozy place to gather.

Clean rooms and a nice breakfast with good options. The clerk struggled with our reservation, causing delays. No elevator, which made it tough carrying luggage to our second-floor room.

During our family trip, we enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for the kids. Courtney from housekeeping surprised us with delightful towel art. Tip, Bring snacks, as the vending selection is limited. Overall, a pleasant experience but room maintenance could improve.

The three-night family trip featured enjoyable moments like swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The continental breakfast stood out for its variety and quality, particularly with local products that everyone loved. While the staff was generally polite, Clancy and the head housekeeper truly exemplified standout service. However, on the downside, the lack of an elevator made lugging bags to the second floor a bit cumbersome, and room maintenance could have been more consistent during our stay.

The kids loved the pool, big enough to splash around. Nice staff that were helpful when we needed anything.

It wasn't low-priced but still acceptable for what you get.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, especially the amazing breakfast and the relaxing pool time with family. However, some rooms had a lingering odor. I might not come back due to the smell.
