Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the island and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast could have been better, but there are plenty of great dining options nearby.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the shops and a short walk to the beach. The cookies and coffee in the lobby were a delicious treat, and the food at the Bistro was excellent. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel's location is ideal, situated in a great area with easy access to any restaurant or shopping. It is perfectly situated midway to everything, making it convenient to explore the main areas. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with modern bathrooms featuring beautiful walk-in showers. The staff's hospitality is commendable, making guests feel at home even before check-in. guests can enjoy the hotel's facilities, such as free bike rentals, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a heated pool.

There was a slight issue with the cleanliness of the room, as there was a strong smell of bleach. However, keeping the window open provided some relief from the scent.

Fast service at the restaurant, comfy bed, hot shower with good pressure, room looked like online pictures, renovated bathroom, spacious shower.

The front desk people were super nice and helpful, offering beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cruiser bikes for free! I loved the clean and comfortable room, and when I needed to extend my stay. The property was well kept, with exceptional staff who went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. The room had all the amenities I could ask for, including a lovely shower and vanity sink in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the heated pool was so relaxing. Despite being located on a busy street, the insulation was so good that I couldn't hear any noise from outside. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions. I can't wait to come back for another amazing stay!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was awesome. I especially loved the shower, even though I'm a bath person. the bed was even more comfortable than many high-end hotels I've stayed in. Oh, and the Bistro at the motel was wonderful too!

The staff, including Keith, Marsha, Melissa, Linda. We didn't need a car to get around as everything was within walking distance. We flew into San Diego, caught an Uber, and then took the city bus to downtown. It was a relaxing getaway and we'll definitely be back!

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful shower in the bathroom. The hotel provides bicycles for guests, which is a nice perk. The on-site restaurant offers delicious breakfast options and the lobby is thoughtfully decorated with flowers and complimentary cookies in the afternoon.

The parking situation can be a bit challenging as it is first come, first serve.
