Lovely lakeside view greeted me upon arrival. The front desk provided a warm and friendly welcome, making me feel like an esteemed guest. My recently renovated room was tastefully decorated and had a comfortable bed with great pillows. The hotel offers free parking, which is always a plus. Although my stay was brief, I appreciated the effort put into the hotel's renovation and modernization. Despite some minor flaws, the property's sprawling estate and scenic walkways left a lasting impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting and friendly service.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for a work trip. The location was perfect, close to my worksite but still within a reasonable distance from Atlanta. The staff, from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean with basic amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely return.

As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by woods and a peaceful pond. The breakfast options were plentiful and made fresh to order.
