The water pressure in the showers was AMAZING. Our room had a four poster bed and a huge living room with a boardroom table. The staff was really friendly and recognized my status. Easy, free parking and gym. Outdoor pool looked really good. I'd recommend this hotel!

We were also impressed with the location of this place. It felt serene and tranquil, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Chicago. The dining experience was fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food. Jose, a member of the staff, was particularly helpful in recommending menu items and providing excellent service. We can't wait to stay here again on our future trips!

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Northbrook for a book tour in Evanston. The hotel was a hidden gem that offered great value for the price. With my IHG rewards account, I got an upgraded room with a balcony that was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore other places and just a short drive to Chicago. The hotel staff was friendly and the dining experience was great, with a nice selection of food and helpful recommendations from Jose.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Northbrook for one night after a long day of traveling. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and the shuttle bus driver was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and has obviously been recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Despite the hectic weather causing delays at the airport, this hotel provided a much-needed great night's sleep. The restaurant and lounge were also spacious, and the bartender was friendly and made excellent martinis.

Another advantage was the ample parking available, ensuring easy access for guests.

The interior design could have been slightly more modern, as it felt a bit outdated. Additionally, it would have been beneficial to have European showers in the rooms for added convenience and comfort.
