During my Christmas stay, I really liked the amenities provided by the hotel. They had a spacious fitness center with modern equipment which made it easy for me to stick to my workout routine even during my vacation. the hotel had a fantastic rooftop bar and lounge area that offered stunning city views, allowing me to relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the parking fees were exorbitantly high.

The shower was accessible, but the seat was too far away from the shower head. We managed by standing up and holding onto the bar. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean with plenty of amenities. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

This place is situated in a great location - between two bustling districts with plenty of restaurants to explore. The room amenities were impressive with an ironing board, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The staff members are friendly and take special requests which is why I loved my stay here.

I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

the location was perfect - situated between Greektown and the Fulton Market district, it was in a vibrant and lively area. There were plenty of restaurants right across the street, making it convenient to grab a delicious meal. Additionally, the staff were excellent. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms had a great view, especially if you were lucky enough to get one with a king bed. The beds themselves were incredibly comfortable, I had a perfect night's sleep. Finally, I loved that breakfast was included in the price. It was a nice touch and made my mornings hassle-free.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to subway lines and plenty of food options nearby. The staff were very friendly and resolved any issues promptly, like when we had a problem with clogged drains. The room itself was beautiful, especially the breathtaking city view from our 17th floor balcony. we would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The hotel's location is great, very close to downtown and most attractions. Convenient to theatre district, it’s perfect for tourists looking to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plush towels and comfortable beds. The hotel offers a variety of facilities for guests, including fast wi-fi and a fitness center.

The hotel lacks proper customer service, which makes for a less than satisfactory stay.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in the West Loop for a weekend getaway. The hotel was centrally located, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The lobby and restaurant had a modern and welcoming ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with directions and recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious, and they even accommodated my request for egg whites without any hassle. I also appreciated the room key access to the elevator and the convenient USB ports for charging my phone. a great experience at the Crowne Plaza.

This hotel has a lot going for it. the location is excellent, with a lot of great restaurants right across the street. You're also situated right between Greektown & the Fulton Market district, which means you have lots to explore. Secondly, the staff here are amazing. They are so helpful and accommodating. Thirdly, the rooms themselves are pretty comfortable, especially the ones with a King bed and a great view. Lastly, the breakfast is included, which is always a bonus.

All in all, I have to say that this hotel was pretty great. I didn't notice anything majorly wrong with it so, I would say that all was ok.

Great location for Uber, with a Walgreens next door for convenience. Fresh fruit and sushi available daily. Clean rooms.

The hotel staff was really nice and accommodating, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we walked in. the location of the hotel is ideal for city exploration, within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions and great restaurants.

The rooms were a bit pricey for what you get, and the parking fee was quite steep. We also found that the air conditioning wasn't always consistent, sometimes leading to discomfort during the night.

Conveniently located near a train station and amenities such as Wholefoods and Walgreens. Well-maintained and updated rooms with balconies. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy and safe parking available. Enjoyable stay overall.

They were attentive to detail and always willing to help. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on and a king-sized bed for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch.
