From the balcony on level 2, you can often see the mist rising above the falls and hear their constant rumble. There is a reasonably priced pub restaurant nearby with good servings of tasty meals. The hotel has basic furnishings but is comfortable, clean, and secure. It provides good value in a town with few inexpensive alternatives.

Our stay at N1 Hotel & Campsite exceeded our expectations. The staff was efficient and helpful from the start, arranging a pickup from the airport. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is near the Victoria Falls Park and within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good air conditioning system. The amenities like the TV with English channels, kettle with tea and coffee, and daily water bottles were much appreciated. we found the hotel to be great value for the price.
