Our stay at Crowne Plaza Greenville was fantastic. The location was perfect, with the mall, zoo, and waterfalls nearby. We had a small hiccup with the cleanliness of our room, but the staff was quick to rectify the issue. The customer service was exceptional, especially when I lost all my identification. The front desk went above and beyond to find a solution. I highly recommend this hotel.

The website and confirmation stated that breakfast was included, but when we arrived, we were told it was only for two people. the rooms were plain and lacked a microwave, and the refrigerator was too small.

The entrance was beautiful and well maintained. Great location with stores and shops nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Erin. Lots of entertainment venues, shopping, and dining options in the area. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel had quarters for laundry. Complimentary toiletries were of great quality. The indoor pool was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The indoor pool was awesome - our son loved it! The hotel was super clean and had a very elegant decor. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the very large glasses of juice they provided during breakfast. The location was close to everything and we appreciated being on multiple backroads for easy access. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the parking was convenient. it was a wonderful experience.

This hotel has a great location, with lots of restaurants nearby and downtown Greenville attractions within easy reach, but without the downtown hustle and bustle. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with king beds and different breakfast options included. the hotel offers excellent value for money.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Greenville for a weekend getaway. The pillows and sheets were top-notch, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The complimentary lotion was a nice touch and made me wish I could have some for everyday use! One highlight was the heated pool with its perfect warm temperature. And let's not forget the delicious mimosas I enjoyed at breakfast. I'll definitely be returning soon thanks to the wonderful stay and pleasant staff.

We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, just off of 385 and close to everything we needed. There were plenty of restaurants nearby but it wasn't too busy like downtown. The concert venue was also just a short drive away. The service was excellent, from the friendly staff to the convenient amenities like room service and dry cleaning. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We especially loved the soundproofed rooms, as we had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. a great experience!

We had a fantastic romantic escape! the hotel was beautifully modern and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the lobby and restaurant bar area, it was so attractive. the staff was amazing, especially Erin in the lobby restaurant bar. She was extremely personable and did a fantastic job taking care of everyone. the location was perfect for our getaway, with easy access to major highways and nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a gym on-site.

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the first room we were assigned was not clean, but the staff promptly changed our room and even gave us breakfast coupons as an apology.
