The employees by the pool and spa, such as Chris, Victor, Obedio, and Catherine, were phenomenal. I was impressed by the Mexican restaurant and enjoyed a high-end dining experience. The hotel's location was perfect, close enough to the bustling 5th Avenue for dinner but quiet enough to relax. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and spa, were well-maintained. The bar staff were friendly, and the buffet staff during breakfast were great. The alcohol selection was also good.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms exceeded my expectations. The staff, particularly Mauro at the buffet bar and Rosemery serving drinks, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The walk score of 100 was convenient for exploring the area. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The entertainment team, led by the delightful Boris, made my stay even more enjoyable with their energy and fun activities. The all-inclusive deal included a buffet with a great selection. The pools were fantastic, and the overall proximity to Playa Del Carmen was convenient.

We particularly liked the entertainment staff who were fantastic and always made sure that our son was entertained. the buffet restaurant had a good variety of food, especially the salads, cheese, and cakes. the seafood was also excellent.

The hotel rooms felt a little old and worn and could use updating. the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, which was a bit of a nuisance.
