The property was conveniently located near the highway and had complimentary parking. The newly renovated bathrooms were a great feature. The executive floor rooms were assigned together for our group. The hotel was close to KOP for shopping, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a mall across the street.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and assigned our rooms together on the executive floor. The location was convenient, close to the highway and with complimentary parking. Shopping at KOP was a breeze from here! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great pullout couch and a fantastic bathroom. The high-quality soap and shampoo were a nice touch. The hotel also offers free wifi and a tub in the bathroom. a fantastic stay!

We had an awesome stay with comfortable beds and a nice atmosphere. The hotel's location right by the mall was perfect for shopping or strolling. The breakfast was very good, and we especially enjoyed the omelet cooked by the friendly chef. The staff, including the hostess/waitress, were lovely and helpful, providing excellent service.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, while the night shift guy's personality was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, with a massive king size bed. The shower pressure was great and I loved the mobile hair dryer. The decor throughout the hotel gave it a luxury feel. The staff went above and beyond, printing directions for me and helping me get a good meal even when it was close to closing time.

The location was perfect for our shopping trip, just steps away from the mall. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, especially the omelet station. Our room was clean and had plenty of lighting and outlets. Despite a small mix-up at check-in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and quality amenities.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was well set up and attractive, with comfortable bedding and good lighting. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and lots of shopping nearby. The staff was very helpful, especially Ackeem, who went above and beyond to make my stay great. The hotel was also quiet and clean, and I appreciated the added security of the on-duty staff driving around the grounds.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more diverse options and better quality items.

The hotel is well-located, being right across from the huge mall and having easy access to all the nearby restaurants and events. Our room was spacious and neat, with new decor and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast at the restaurant, with a variety of cooked-to-order options. The lobby area was quite grand and inviting, with a cozy lounge and trendy bar.

The elevator was very slow, and had some technical issues at times, causing us to feel a bit trapped.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a great shopping mall, and there were so many other attractions nearby that we couldn't resist exploring. The service was top-notch as well, with room service being particularly noteworthy - everything arrived promptly and the food was still hot. The amenities in the room were great as well, with everything from free toiletries to a comfy bed to watch the flat-screen TV in. All in all, we would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
