Located in the heart of Saratoga Springs, this hotel was the perfect base for our family getaway. We were within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of hot options to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and homemade chocolate chip cookies available 24/7. The hotel also had a small gym and a business center for convenience.

The limited parking options, but there was a public lot nearby that we were able to use.

We recently enjoyed a weekend away with perfect accommodation in downtown. the staff was by far the friendliest we have encountered, with everyone being informative and willing to assist. We particularly liked the free breakfast in the mornings, with a small buffet of oatmeal, pastries, and fresh fruit, as well as the made-to-order egg selection. the location was also ideal, with everything we wanted to see or do within walking distance. the room was very comfortable and well-appointed, making for a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and didn't experience anything negative during our trip. All of the hotel staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
