I recently stayed at The Crown Plaza in the Galleria Area for a business trip. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms and a clean bathroom. I loved the variety of activities offered by the hotel, as well as its proximity to other attractions. The buffet breakfast at the bistro was delicious, and the pool area was well-stocked with towels and comfortable seating. The waitstaff, especially Sonja, Maryann, and Rosie, were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure stays.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location, directly behind the bistro, was so convenient for dining options. Inside the bistro, the service was impeccable, and the staff made our stay so nice. From the moment we checked in, to the excellent service from the staff and the Hotel Manager, we felt taken care of and valued. The room amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved having a sitting area in the room, as well as the terrace with cozy garden furniture. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff over breakfast was very friendly. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were the best aspects of my stay.
