We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel! The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The front desk staff and valet were excellent, and the engineering team quickly fixed a problem with my sliding glass door. The young man at check-in even printed out directions to Stanford Medical Center for us. The room was very nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious steak dinner in the restaurant, with a wonderful and personable waiter named Jose. The steak was prepared to perfection!

Felt spoilt, no reason to complain. The wait staff in the restaurant completely ignored me for long periods of time and the food was mediocre.

We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, with a special shout-out to Jose, our wonderful waiter. The steak was cooked perfectly! The hotel is in a convenient location with nearby markets. The rooms were spacious and the atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed our poolside room with a patio. The staff provided great service and the free shuttle and room service were a first for us. We loved our stay!

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent service from the valet, front desk, and engineering staff. The check-in process was easy and efficient, and our room was quiet and at the end of the hall. The breakfast staff were amazing, making sure we had fresh mint for our tea every morning. The hotel also had a great gym for guests to use.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay, and there was no reason for us to complain.

We were impressed by the excellent customer service from the staff. They were very efficient and gave us a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The amenities in the room were great including a sitting area and soundproofed walls. The food at the restaurant was delicious too!
