We absolutely loved the downtown location of this hotel! It was so convenient to all the fun things this small town has to offer. The Christmas decorations lit up the area and created a magical atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The lobby and outdoor area were simply stunning, and the breakfast options were delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of having an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. this place had a great atmosphere and made us feel good.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our anniversary celebration. The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We felt truly pampered during our stay.

There was a minor inconvenience with housekeeping being insistent on entering our room, even though we had hung the do not disturb sign and requested a late checkout.

We loved the beautiful grounds and the pool area, it truly felt like a Hawaiian getaway. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff, especially Natalie at the front desk, were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us with any challenges we encountered. The breakfast staff and bar staff were also friendly and accommodating. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a family getaway.

The hotel grounds are well maintained and there is ample parking available. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the amazing pool, which made me feel like I was on a tropical getaway. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The only downside I could find was that some areas of the hotel were showing signs of age and were not as appealing. However, this did not affect my overall enjoyment of my stay.

As low-budget travelers, we found the facilities at Crowne Plaza Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort to be excellent. The spacious rooms allowed us to comfortably accommodate our 1.5-year-old, and the nearby restaurants and bars were a great convenience. The pool was a highlight, providing a perfect setting for our family to enjoy Mother's Day and unwind.

We felt like VIPs during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Stayed for 6 nights on business. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel's history. The breakfast staff was attentive and the buffet had hot and delicious eggs. The guest room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels and always freshly made bedding. Super convenient location to downtown.

The hotel complex showed its age and could use an update. Some rooms may not be up to par.

We stayed in a hotel near a beautiful golf course, right in the town center, which conveniently had loads of restaurants and new stores opening up too. The gym was in pretty good condition, and we really enjoyed the breakfast they provided, which had a perfect mix of eggs, fruits, and bacon.

The hotel could use some updates; we noticed the pool was in need of some repairs, but given the great price we paid for everything else, it didn't seem like a deal-breaker.
