The view from my room was fantastic; it felt like I had my own slice of the city. The staff in the bar were top-notch, making my evenings enjoyable with their banter and service.

The room temperature was a sauna, and that was no fun.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was outdated and dirty, with a broken air conditioner. The staff was rude, and I felt scammed with extra fees. The noisy environment didn’t help either. Definitely not worth the price!

Perfectly positioned for iconic NYC experiences and attractions

Stepping out of the hotel, you're immediately in the heart of Times Square which is bursting with energy and entertainment while being just a few steps away from amazing dining options like Da Marino Restaurant and Gallagher's Steak House making it super convenient to grab a bite after a long day of exploration while the room offered a spectacular view of the vibrant area that truly added to our stay and the spacious accommodations made relaxing so much easier but I did notice the shower pressure was a bit lacking which could be improved.

Incredible views from the 32nd floor room; two massive windows encapsulated the city skyline. Comfortable super king bed complemented the clean, quiet atmosphere. The separate shower room was a thoughtful touch. access challenges and misleading information about dining options frustrated our experience. Staff interactions were inconsistent; some were helpful, while others lacked basic knowledge. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location is prime—close to major attractions and the vibrant energy of the area. Dining at Ellen Stardust Diner was a highlight. Improvements in staff training and maintenance would enhance the overall experience significantly.

Location was perfect for exploring the city. Wi-Fi connection was terrible, barely worked during our stay.

The skyline view from the 41st floor was absolutely breathtaking.

The room on the 37th floor had an amazing view! Super comfy beds and the shower was a warm hug after exploring the city. Plus, I loved that it was so quiet - you’d never know you were in the heart of it all!

This place has an unbeatable location! Super clean rooms and the bed was super comfy. Loved the fast check-in and the helpful staff. Jason and Phil at the bar were awesome! The shower pressure was a bit low, and there should’ve been a mini fridge in the room. Still, a great experience overall!

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. Staff was super friendly and they really took care of us when we needed help.

Nothing to criticize.

The room was spacious and featured an excellent king-size bed that provided great comfort. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. the carpet had visible stains and the cleanliness felt lacking; dirt was noticeable on window sills. Occasional street noise from sirens could be heard, but the overall atmosphere was mostly quiet. We enjoyed the view of Times Square, a definite highlight. The coffee shop in the lobby served exceptional coffee, making mornings better.

The guest services staff were unbelievably rude. We had to switch rooms due to issues like a broken tap and used towels.

We cheered, danced, and watched the ball drop - an unforgettable experience! The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city, hit up shows, and hop on the subway to get around. So much fun packed in one trip!

We wished there was a rooftop party or club on-site for a more vibrant nightlife scene.
