The Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan's prime location made exploring NYC with my 6-month-old convenient. The relaxing facilities and efficient staff enhanced our stay, despite minor issues. Nearby landmarks like the American Museum of Natural History and Top of the Rock provided enjoyable family bonding experiences in the heart of the city.

As a frequent traveler, I often find myself in need of a convenient and comfortable hotel for a quick transit stay, and Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan, an IHG hotel, was just that. With its prime location in the heart of Manhattan and only a 7-minute walk from Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall, it provided the perfect base for my short visit. the proximity to LaGuardia Airport, just 15 km away, made it extremely convenient for my onward journey.

My stay was marred by a minor inconvenience. The heater in the room was not functioning, and despite attempts to repair it, the issue could not be resolved during my stay.

Loved the central location, smack dab in the middle of Times Square, making it easy to explore the city hustle and bustle. Free drinks vouchers for the bar were a nice touch. The 35th-floor room was quiet and clean with a super comfy bed thanks to Maria Santos. Appreciated the proximity to the subway for quick travels. Wish breakfast had been included, but having a restaurant on site was convenient, even though it was a bit pricey. 🌟

The location of Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan was absolutely fantastic. The Food Emporium nearby was EXCELLENT. The housekeeper did a jaw-dropping job, keeping our room spotless and even emptying the nappy bin for our baby. The breakfast service staff were incredibly helpful, although an omelette/waffle station would have added a personalized touch. The security man was friendly and the view from our room was good. The larger room size was a pleasant surprise, especially considering the cheaper price compared to other hotels. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the strong wifi on the 46th floor was a big plus. The staff throughout our stay were kind and welcoming.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Times Square with endless dining and shopping options. The view from my 41st-floor room was fantastic, and the hotel was kind enough to hold my luggage on checkout day so I could explore the city.

The only service I missed for my work was an in-room printer for last-minute document printing.

I was impressed with the fitness facilities and wellness options available at the hotel. The gym was well-equipped, and the yoga classes were a great way to stay active and energized on my own schedule.

The location was excellent, close to the theater district and Times Square. The twin rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard. There was no wait for the elevators. The onsite cafe was great for coffee and cakes, with friendly staff.

We felt very welcomed, no complaints.
