Everything was fantastic.

The lobby area of the hotel was impressive and we were delighted to find a Starbucks cafe on site. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great as we had a clear view of the Washington Monument and the Capitol from our room. It added a special touch to our stay.

The soundproofing in the hotel was quite poor. We could hear everything that was happening in the adjoining rooms, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza in Arlington. The location is really convenient, just minutes away from the airport and close to many shops and restaurants. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a nice bonus. The room was modern and clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I had a great experience during my stay.

We had a great stay at Crowne Plaza! The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel's location near the metro station made it really easy for us to get around. We also loved the added touch of having a one-cup Keurig machine in the room. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. a wonderful experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped, and though the bathroom was slightly small, it was still adequate. The hotel facilities were great, with a wide and spacious parking garage, as well as a Starbucks on-site, which was a huge plus for me. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal, being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the hotel made it easy to access all tourist attractions, with the subway and metro stations close by. The breakfast served by friendly staff was enjoyable. Additionally, the café had amazing staff who made our stay even better.

Some aspects of the housekeeping were not up to standard, with the cleaning of some parts of the room and replacement of toiletries inconsistent during our 11-night stay.

During my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Ms. Sandy at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special, with a beautiful surprise of roses, wine, and personalized birthday cards from the staff. We truly felt valued and appreciated as guests. The hotel's location near restaurants and the National Mall was also a great convenience for us, especially as I enjoy running and the nature trail connected right to the Mall. The cleanliness of the hotel, polite staff, and reliable shuttle service added even more value to our stay. We want to extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Sandy and the entire Crowne Plaza team for their outstanding service. We look forward to returning in the near future.
