We loved the location of this place, it was close enough to the airport and various other attractions that we wanted to visit. Additionally, the neighborhood was ideal for us since we could walk nearby and enjoy a warm bowl of pho. The hotel amenities offered were great, the indoor pool was heated to a good warm temperature, and the spa center was perfect to unwind. We also appreciated the free airport shuttle service which made our travel in and out of here quite convenient.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury and comfort in their accommodation.

This hotel is in the perfect location for those who need to be close to the airport or downtown. It's surrounded by numerous restaurants, including a warm bowl of pho just a short walk away. The rooms are well-kept with basic amenities, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is served on real dishes and has a nice selection of food options.

Convenient truck parking in the back and quiet location. Enjoyable breakfast with various hot and healthy options. Beds were comfortable, and room had a microwave and fridge, adding convenience. Clean room and upscale interior decor made the stay comfortable. Central location and easy access to transport.

The hotel is located in a great location with a lot of restaurant options nearby. I enjoyed walking to a nearby pho restaurant for lunch and it's convenient to the airport. Additionally, it's a great location if you're going skiing as there are many ski resorts in the area. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was good. The breakfast was decent and there were many food options available.

The noise level was a bit high in my room which made it difficult to sleep at night.

My recent stay at Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites was great. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of amenities available. The breakfast was fantastic and there were many options to choose from. The location was also very convenient for my trip. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
