Our stay at this hotel was perfect. The location was an oasis and made us feel like we were somewhere tropical. Surrounded by a multitude of attractions, this place is great within a very well serviced area. The staff were still cleaning some of the rooms, but they were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my daughter's American girl birthday awesome.

We had a romantic escape at a hotel near the shopping area, restaurants, and movie theaters. It was perfect for our date nights! the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast buffet that we booked with a deal, it saved us money and had a great variety of options.

The bed was too soft for our liking, and it caused discomfort in our backs after a couple of days. Additionally, there were a lot of meetings and business events happening at the hotel, so it didn't have a very family-friendly atmosphere.
